Turns out these are two distinct models - the upper one is the new ROO Diver, which is a 42mm piece with a stellar 3120 in-house movement and living up to every dive spec in the book.

The lower orange one was part of their slightly older ROO series called "Scuba" with a 44mm case, a JLC movement etc. When beginning to understand the background, this piece becomes less attractive IMO.
Patrick, just an FYI...the Scuba is also 42mm, like all standard production Offshore models. But the new Offshore Diver is spec'd to International Diving Standards. Not that it's going to make a difference for just about anyone using either as a dive watch, as they both will perform just fine if asked. But that is correct, the Offshore Diver has the AP 3120 movement, and is in fact a little thicker. VERY comfortable watch...and quite a beauty in person!
