I was told the automatic wheel or spring was shattered\broken. I could have been told incorrectly but it does work now though I am having issues with the internal sounds when shaking it next to my ear. I addressed this in a new post. I did not want to wait for Rolex so I had it done at my local AD, and was charged $300, which included a well needed polishing.
