All true Kirk.

A do weights a few times a week, walk the dogs a few times a week..watch what I eat.

Nothing fried..
No sugar added...
Water and coffee...no milk, soda or juice.
Red meat maybe twice a month...otherwise chicken and fish
Fruit and salad almost every day
No alcohol
Never smoked anything.
Smaller portions 5 times a day instead of 3 bigger meals....nothing after 8 pm.

Works for me...your mileage may vary.
