But nobody would ever post the S/N in the ad on line. I'd say 7 out of 10 on ebay have after market dials, bezels, and such. But if you were in on a scam, you can take a watch, change the dial, bezel, and whatnot, and with out the s/n it would be impossible to tell it was your stolen watch. Maybe at some point it will go in for service, and Rolex will see the S/N is on the stolen list. i've never seen any serious Rolex wearer want a major part of their watch being fake. I see sometimes a band change if you dive or something. But never a entire dial.
I see dials on ebay they say are aftermarket, but they say rolex on the dial!!!
