The 14000 used cal. 3000 and has lug holes with older case design/clasp/non-sel end links/hollow links.
The 14000M which came out after 2001 was introduced with cal 3130 and still had the older case case design/clasp/non-sel end links/hollow links.
The 114200 came out in 2005 and kept cal 3130(still used today in Oyster Perp, Sub No Date, etc.) and had newer case design/updated clasp/sel end links/filled links.
