Practically any of the small jeweler screwdriver sets like found at the hardware stores will fit the bill.

If you think you will slip, put a piece of cellophane tape over the link and push the screwdriver through. Rolex does use a bit of thread lock on the screws to hold them from loosening.

There are some excellent specialty tools just for watches. Bergeon is a top name in watchmaker tools.
