That's EXACTLY what I told him, but remember, I'm "an extortionist!".
Oh, something else... when I decided to buy, I said "You ship free overnight, right?" And they said "No, overnight is $40". I said "But you're website says free overnight via USPS or UPS" and they said "No no no! That's not right, thank you for telling us that. We need to correct that".
Should have been a red flag for me right there.
I believe here in the United States, we call this deceptive trade and there IS a law against it.
