The GMTIIc clasp is about a 1cm smaller than the sub glidelock.
But the fine adjustment is only with the half clasp on the GMT whereas the Sub has micro adjustments with the glidelock facility.
If you have slimmer wrists you will probably find the GMT more comfortable.
