A few things that I believe contribute to the difference:
1) JT uses a different type of rubber strap from the Diver's strap. It's thinner and much lighter.
2) Clear see-thru caseback
3) Titanium pushers and crown
4) Though both use the same "ceramet" bezel, if you hold one to another you'll see the difference in color. Idk if this is contributing to any weight difference but the two do not share the same bezel to be perfectly precise.
