If it's authentic, it's a Cellini.
To my eye, it certainly looks well constructed enough to be a Rolex, even though I've never seen one like it.
It would help if you took better pictures of it under some good light and much closer to the dial. I can barely read the name on the dial, much less the markings on the back.
Cellinis aren't the most popular Rolex watches on this board, but perhaps someone will know something concrete.
