My AD knows me well by now.... they inspect a watch long before I get there because they know I expect perfection. Not in an annoying way, but as it should be, that you pay for Rolex/Omega quality and you expect to see a clean dial, markers all aligned etc.
Last time I went to pick up a watch they handed me a loupe and said it was already inspected and ready to go.
