Far more practical as a daily wearer and looks great
Also has the quick-change strap system, so no messing about with a screwdriver (not that difficult though)
Plexiglass on the 372 too scratch-prone for my liking. Sure, you can polish some of them out with Polywatch, but really... an $11k watch?
