Wow. This looks just like the 18kt yellow gold Day-date chronometer with silvered dial in my Rolex book (looks white but has a silver shimmer) applied baton markers, sector, and aperture for the day and date. Luminous baton hands. Rolex President bracelet with concealed clasp. Possible Model 1803 from around 1972 (per book - page 282 The Best of Rolex Watches). The value for the one in the book from 2006 was $7000 to $7500 but gold has gone up a lot and so this (with gold value) will probably be at least $1,000 higher but that is taking into consideration that it works. See what others have to say. Picture is not clear and I can't even read the dial but it looks like what I said. I do believe this is also known as the Day-Date President (based on the bracelet).
