A well known collector told me once that its the watches you don't buy that you end up regretting not the ones you buy. I suspect he is right. I sat on the fence too long and missed the opportunity to buy a 1675 round crown guard gilt gloss chapter ring dial in unpolished condition last year...I won't make that mistake again.

I think we have all made similar decisions. Sometimes I wonder if we had purchased these watches in our moment of passion, would the 'love affair' have developed as planned, or the watch just turned into a flipper?
Then again.... a 1675 round croo...
