Today I received the replacement pearl for my Tudor Black Bay from Howards. (I lost it on day 3 of ownership.) I live in the states, had a rough time with US RSC trying to get a leather strap and replacement pearl for the BB and contacted Howards in Ottawa. They went above and beyond in assisting a watch lover from another country obtain Tudor products. Many thanks to Howard's for their outstandig service and reasonable pricing. I would not hesitate to contact them fellows if you have Tudor needs.
