To be able to say that your Patek has a true instant calendar, than unfortunately, you will have to climb waaaaaay up the Patek ladder to say a 5207P or 5208P

When I say " instantaneous calendar", I actually mean calendar that can be instantaneously read upon seeing the aperture window at the 10-12-2 position. The 5146 has the 2 dials that is not viewable instantaneously IMHO.
