Just gave my started packet of cigs and lighter away,kept one cigarette and nailed it to the wall for a few weeks.Its quite easy and now hate the smell of the bloody things.My eldest son still smokes,but when he visits,he smokes out side the house.My youngest boy the one thats just come out of hospital, gave up smoking after his son was born 12 years ago.
