Now if you include the curvature of the case and are not just measuring the edges of the bezel, you get 40mm. But IMHO, even this curvature shouldn't be included. Otherwise a Sub would have 42mm, not 40mm instead.

I would say it's 39mm cuz that's what my micrometer says when I measure from the left to the right, not including the crown...
