As the story goes (I read this on another forum late last year) Patrick Heiniger rejected an engineering project after 5 prototypes of a 5055 driven LED watch were made in the late '70s. There you have it, an Oysterquartz Analog LED watch that never saw the light of day - supposedly all 5 prototypes were destroyed...or were they?
