The buckle strap isn't that hard to put on with some practice. After inserting the pin into the hole, push down the rubber strap so that the whole pin goes fully thru, then press the pin down and it will folds down naturally. Ok... A steel bracelet is still faster to put on. Contact your local APSC. They should be able to quote you the price.
