hello all my names Jose. I'm 25 and live in miami. I just completed my first full year of work after graduating college (dec03) I did very well in 2005 and I hope to break 6figures in 2006. I am a very impulsive person and I like the finer things in life. I just recently grew into a rolex frenzy. And now its all I think about. I really want me a nice SS oyster datejust. preferably a silver dial or a nice mother of pearl dial or something else nice like that. Im also looking for diamond or roman numerals for hour markers.
so nice....anyways im in a bind because I really want to invest into the real estate market...I want to buy at least two places this year. one to live in and one to rent out, 5-8grand right now on the watch takes out a pretty big chunk of savings for a down payment...any thoughts?
