I bought the 270 in the logic that automatic and 10 day power reserve must be better then 8 (10>8!)
firstly the power reserve is the same on both watches, secondly if you're only winding it once a week, why do you need an auto
the auto winding function means the back sticks out a lot more so it doesn't sit as flush to the wrist as the 233 does
so i bought then 270 then wished i'd bought the 233, sold the 270 bought a 233 dot and loved it, but sold it when i moved to 47mm
i really liked the dot dial, i never quite understood why the am/pm in at a level lower then the dial, but then it doesn't move
