There is nothing wrong with diamonds on a mens watch. I own 14 and 2 of them have diamonds on the dial. Both look great without being over the top. It is a personal preference but just because someone here doesn't like it, doesn't mean you should steer away from it. Buy what you love and only you need to love it, who cares what others think.
