not many matt face 16750 out there. good luck finding one. dont think a lot of people can answer your question though... my guess is there are a lot of serial number overlapped between matt and gloss dials in 16750. and matt face 16750 should be a lot rarer. If you attempt to make a franken, get a case with early serial number. I bet most people can't tell. haha.
