I can order either the black rubber or gray croco and deliver in 3-5 days.
$184 for the rubber, $434 for the alligator.

How much would it be for all the additional stuff I’d need (deployment/buckle, plots, etc.)? Do you sell a conversion kit with the appropriate tools, etc.?

The conversion parts for the 26320ST are not available. It's a bracelet-only model. The straps are for the pink gold version. Sorry for the confusion.
