You are generalising far too much, there are some Breitlings that are brushed and do not have very busy dials with tight bezels, just as there are some Rolexes that are very bling and attention grabbing, DD2, DJ2, and big and very thick, DSSD, YM2, and as many more gold Rolexes are bought than Breitling ones Rolex actually has even more bling power as a brand.
