So I got my Rolex back today (took them about 2 weeks). According to them, it was some dirt got stuck onto the lume. They replaced the dial and left some scratches on the bracelet *****which doesn't bug me

Rolex gave me a pen for the inconvenience. The AD told me that the pen is a valuable item since they don't sell them.
I think it's very nice, and too bad they don't get into the pen business
Now I can truly enjoy my 1st Rolex
