Well OP spoke to AD where watch came from and they acknowledged they sold it. Watch definitely looks unpolished from pics. OP not happy or sure about Italian manual. Watch is at RSC covered under warranty and being fixed. Did seller know there was any issues with watch? Did OP inquire or bring these issues to seller and give him a chance to respond? Still not resolved from my perspective and only they can address and answer.
