When I went to Cancun in December, I went to Plaza Las Americas. It had an UltraJewels. Nice place with a huge selection. However, they only put out a few pieces on display. Most of their pieces are "in the safe". If you don't see what you are looking for, they will find one very quickly. I walked out with a SS YM II for what I thought would be an 7.5% discount. With the Mexican Taxback program you get the 11% VAT refunded minus a 3.5% processing fee. I was able to get a 1% discount without really trying. Not an awesome deal, but much better then paying the full retail plus tax for the ADs around here.

I also played the honest route and declared the watch. Cost me $500. Oh, and their prices were In Pesos and worked out to be US retail down to the penny. Go figure. Overall a positive experience.
