Omega gets my vote. I was recently speaking with a 2nd generation watchmaker, who is authorized to work on Rolex. That means that he has met Rolex's requirements, and is able to purchase parts/accessories from Rolex and has an active parts account with Rolex, which many watchmakers do NOT have.
Anyway, he works on many watches and told me that he is not impressed with Breitlings, and does not recommend Breitling. Based on his knowledge of the inner workings of watches, and my perceived value of Omega, I would definitely vote for Omega.
