Basically the guy only bought one watch from Boodles (5961P) and was invited to a private Patek tour organised by Boodles. During the tour he met Patek's UK region manager and he complained how hard it was to get a 5131 (he tried for many years in Taiwan， an AD actually offered him one, at twice the MSRP), the manager told him he will allocate one to him and a few weeks later he got one at MSRP.
So even if there is a list, I think it's like Hermes's Birkin list, because they don't tell you when you will get it, so in effect there is no list.
They sell it to whoever they deemed more important to them at the time, you can be first on the list but it won't mean s%$# if there's a VVIP behind you.
