Excellent time keeping!
My Sub C basically runs the exact same way. It loses time right-side up in the winder or on the wrist and gains time when it is up-side down in the winder. I've been able to keep it between -1 and +1 for the last few months now depending on how long I wear it and how I keep it in the winder.
