A close friend of mine owns a 326, which i love. That said, i'm partial to the daylight chronos myself, but many think they are way too busy vs. your typical PAM.

I'm not sure what to say regarding value, i guess base it on what you originally paid and how old it is...or leave it open to offers and see what the interest level is. It's hard to gauge since you rarely see them for sale. Compare it to the PAM 356, it's the new titanium daylight chrono (although it's not a blue dial).
