My current favourite grape juices:
Attending both an ice wine festival with snow shoeing and sampling of all the local vineyards ice wines in a few weeks and then a rare and fine wines sampling a few weeks after. Excited to try some new stuff.
The gf and I have started a wine journal as well, recording things like vintage, vineyard and grape and then writing down what we could pick up, a rating out of 10 and comparing it to a sip from another wine variety (the end of the previous bottle or the start of the next).
