For me, I would go with the Explorer II. When I owned one, I would wear it for all of my outdoor and physical activities. After owning it for over 7 years, it showed very little signs of wear and tear.
The Submariner would also be next on my list as the most robust.
Basically, the watches with brushed bracelets tend to hide the scratches better than polished.
