[Old Expat Beast]

I'm looking at buying a 1946 Tudor Oyster with calibre 59 movement. However, the following problems are listed:

MAINSPRING SLIPPING
BALANCE STAFF BROKEN
CROWN DOES NOT SCREW DOWN

Is this going to be difficult to get fixed, or not too much of an issue?
