It's an arms length financial transaction for you. Only saying this since odds are AMEX won't discuss it with you.

There's a few problems I found with the letter, 1 was that it was addressed to Jenny, but it says BHJ is the adress it was sent too so I didn't see too much weird about that. 2 was that there isn't a date. 3 BHJ has told me to call AMEX but I haven't found a way to get past their automation to confirm/deny this letters actual existence.
