I agree with the others, leave it be.
To properly brush this surface you will need a watchmaker to remove the bezel, crystal, movement etc. Basically break everything down to the bare case. Then the watchmaker will use a special wheel to brush the lugs evenly so that all lines run the same direction. reassemble and water test.
