Sorry to hear that the SubC isn't working for you. How long have you had it for? Some watches take a while longer to get used to. I've had mine for a month now and it took me almost 2 weeks of fiddling around with the link configs to get the correct fit. It has been the most comfortable Rolex that I have ever owned. I have tiny 6.25 inch wrists btw.

I currently own both the SubC and the GMT2C. The GMT2C does have a very slight thinner case but not by that much. It does ride a bit lower but not much. I highly doubt that you will find the GMT more comfortable than the SubC. Especially, without the Glidelock.

I think you should give it another chance before flipping it.
