Hello everyone and thanks for checking this out.

I happened across this at the bottom of a box of stuff I got at a yardsale.

Can anyone tell me anything at all about it? (anything is more than I know now!) is it real/fake/valuable? The face is somewhat scratched up but the hands move in great sync!
