The only problem with the
"I didn't know it was fake" defense in this case, is that the seller had another 116610 for sale on WUS last year (different watch), that looks like a probable fake as well:

Here are close-ups of the horrible clasp "leg" fitment on the current watch (1st pic), and the other one he had listed on WUS (2nd pic).
On the current watch you can also see that the oval on the coronet hangs down too far, and is not as elliptical as it should be:
