From the picture, your watch looks very fine to me.
Deep scratches, especially on bezel does bother me. I would get the bezel replaced or trade off the watch for another model on my list. That's just me, OCD...I could not stand deep scratches or dents on the bezel because I look at my watch many many times a day.
