You need to establish first that these are the actual pics of the watch that is being sold. Ask for a picture with their username or some sort of message written on a piece of paper next to the watch. Often, they just steal the images from a legitimate seller, have you post the images and gain trust that it is a real watch, request a wire transfer only, then disappear forever with your money.

The asking price alone is already a red flag. Be careful.
