Everyone winding varies because 1 wind to us is completely subjective (no one's exact and those of us like myself that wind faster usually doesn't go all the way around with 1 wind)....just wind it until it doesn't wind anymore, won't hurt the watch unless you brute force it with pliers or something when it's already stopped from a full wind.
