The new phone and long gone scenario seem more fit after the
Proceeds of the sale ... This unfortunately could have been in the
making for quite awhile... No logical reason other than it was done
intentional !!!! He knew exactly what he was doing ...
In this scenario I wouldn't doubt it if it was all premeditated....
