I posted when I first joined (May 2017) about this seller and these stainless subs with the aftermarket dial and insert. If you look at some of the others, seems to be a few sellers in/around the Los Angeles area selling these 16610's with the blue inserts. I don't think there is anything fake or misrepresented about them since he clearly notes these aspects are aftermarket. Looks like he's sold enough of them in the past w/good feedback.
As someone else noted - for some that may be OK, and for others not so much. For me, personally, I decided not to go this route as I kept thinking the aftermarket aspect would bother me long-term. Additionally as someone pointed out, Rolex won't service it seeing aftermarket parts installed.
