I would take option C. A Seiko Tuna. Why risk an expensive watch ? If I were attempting a saturation dive I have other things to focus on.

(For those who don't know, the Seiko Tuna was designed for sat diving. It does not have a HEV. It was built to avoid He ingress into the watch to begin with. It has a very dependable purpose designed quartz movement and it's relatively inexpensive).
