Sure but once this issue had caught fire they could have said sorry we got a bit carried away in all the hype, and having had a good think about it in the cold light of the internet day we have decided we acted unwisely and we profoundly apologise for our actions and our attitude and thank you for keeping us honest. Our reputation is important to us and the customer is indeed king.
