Ouch. I feel badly for you.
Had an unfortunate experience with a service warranty not addressing my watch's problems (mailed for service under warranty twice for same problem and couldn't bring myself to send it back a third time), so not exactly as your situation and
NOT with ABC W..
My watch's internal parts told the truth about its condition causing all its problems.
Another well respected watchmaker performed an excellent service job, but it ended up being pricey because of all the things he had to correct.
Can you locate another experienced watchmaker to correct its issues?
Hang in there. There are dependable people in this world.
