There may be one, but it’s very low power. However putting your phone directly on the watch will eventually cause magnetization (unless your watch has an antimagnetic hairspring), I know this first hand :). Not too much risk anyways: if your watch starts running at +25 s/day buy one of those super cheap de-magnetizers from EBay or Amazon and 10 seconds later you will be all good again :)
